Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective 1 June 2024
We value long-term partnerships and strive to maintain transparent commercial practices. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations are managed for services delivered by D S ENTERPRISES (“Shabby”).
1. Project engagements
- Cancellations requested before project kickoff are eligible for a full refund of fees paid, less any non-refundable third-party costs.
- After kickoff, refunds are prorated based on work completed, documented hours, and committed tools or licences.
- Discovery, strategy workshops, and setup fees are non-refundable once delivered.
2. Retainers and managed services
- Monthly or quarterly retainers require 30 days’ written notice prior to cancellation.
- Unused hours within an active billing period may be rolled over once, subject to mutual agreement.
- Prepaid annual retainers can be refunded on a prorated basis for unused months after deducting onboarding investments.
3. Change requests and add-ons
Approved change requests, hardware procurement, software licences, or cloud credits purchased on a Client’s behalf are non-refundable once ordered.
4. Refund process
- Submit a written request to contact@dsenterprises.shop with your Agreement reference and reason for cancellation.
- Our finance team acknowledges requests within 3 business days and reviews delivery logs.
- Eligible refunds are processed within 10 business days via the original payment method, subject to bank processing timelines.
5. Eligibility exclusions
- Performance issues caused by third-party systems or Client-provided infrastructure.
- Delays or scope changes arising from incomplete Client inputs or approvals.
- Services delivered free of charge, proofs of concept, or pilot engagements.
6. Force majeure
Neither party is responsible for delays or cancellations due to events outside reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or widespread service outages.
